As of Monday, June 15, 2026, Hill Securities LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hill, became a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC ([CRD #338653](https://brokercheck.finra.org/firm/summary/338653)). This marks a major step toward Hill's mission of expanding access to the private markets.

As a registered broker-dealer, Hill can now offer private market investments to eligible investors. When you invest through Hill, the process of placing an order, verifying your identity, and receiving the countersigned documents that formalize your ownership runs through us from start to finish.

This is the layer the rest of our platform is built on. It lets us bring more private market opportunities to eligible investors, operating under the supervision and regulatory standards that apply to a registered broker-dealer.
