Andrew founded Hill with a singular vision: bringing private markets to every household by 2035. With deep experience in finance and technology, he set out to tear down the barriers that have historically kept everyday investors locked out of private markets. Under his leadership, Hill is building the infrastructure to make private investing as simple and accessible as public markets.

Head of Engineering

Hugo leads Hill's engineering team, bringing strong technical leadership and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems. He oversees the architecture and development of the platform that powers seamless private market transactions for investors.

Head of Product

After a decade running a design agency helping early-stage tech startups, Jeremy teamed up with Andrew to design a streamlined and scalable process for private investing. What started as a collaboration grew into a deep interest in the space, and he took the leap to join the team full-time. He was drawn to the unique challenges at Hill: an opportunity to apply design thinking to a complex, inefficiency-riddled space that's full of potential.

Operations

Mario's journey started at Harvard, where he studied economics and computer science. After spending time working in private markets and thinking about how financial technology could help a historically illiquid and inefficient part of the market, he connected with Andrew and found a shared vision for the future of the space. He joined the team to help accelerate the mission of bringing more investors access to private markets.

Engineering

Victor is a software engineer at Hill focused on building the core technology that makes private market investing fast, secure, and accessible. He brings a rigorous engineering mindset to solving the complex technical challenges inherent in modernizing private markets infrastructure.
